Fat Kid Adventure #4: Mar y Tierra Tacqueria (Redwood City)

(Originally posted July 3, 2007)

In a barren shopping plaza in Redwood City lies a little eatery called Mar y Tierra Tacqueria. Small in size with no atmosphere, it is dedicated to serving delicious food. I had lunch there with fellow interns as part of Temp Tuesday, and I got the Carnitas ($9) - very good fried pork with all the bells and whistles to make a good soft-shell taco. It is actually more well-known for their seafood items (ie. Cocteles de Camarones, Tostadas Camarones, etc.), but on this particular day I did not have enough cash for that luxury.
