Temp Tuesday! Pho Dong, located in Redwood City, is a surprisingly classy looking Pho joint. I got the steak and brisket pho with soup - large. Filling was guaranteed as I stuffed my face and tummy with the vermicelli. Every scoop of the chopstick brought up meat - I love that! Threw in some mint leaves for flavoring and mixed up Hoisin and Siracha for some meat dip - fantastic. Great meal - nice and quick - guaranteed to make you fall asleep.
