On the streets of New York's giant Chinatown is this island-decorated grub stop. Congee Village, known for its congee of many flavors, has a ginormous menu full of Chinese food. All of us were up for the funky and exotic so we had: duck tongue (grilled on point), beef stomach (fried with salt and pepper), frog legs (sauteed), and garlic half chicken. Lots of food! All the exotic stuff were just delicious and nowhere close to Fear Factor - especially that beef stomach - the 'jiao yan' flavor is just fantastic. Very good place with decent pricing and tons of Chinese speaking waiters. By the way, when in NY Chinatown - my hometown folks ruling from the roost over there so there's a bunch of Fukian restaurants - do try them!
