Went to Pho Hoa on Castro in Mountain View to feed the hungry aka RaDa. We decided to go Adventurer's mode and got 1) noodle soup with steak, flank, tendon, tripe, and fatty flank, and 2) noodle soup with brisket, flank, tendon, fatty, and crunchy flank; 2 summer rolls; and blended jack fruit for her and blended soursop for me. The 2 entrees almost feel identical, but then again most soupy pho taste similar to me. It's all about that Siracha and Hoisin sauce that brings out the edge on the noodles. Summer rolls almost make me happy, especially when the shrimp is generous. The jack fruit drink was better than soursop since it had more tang. Good place to go for cheap and filling meal. Opens past midnight.
